The history of Compass Consulting began with the idea of developing medium and large businesses in Uzbekistan, driven by the desire to help Uzbek entrepreneurs grow not only domestically but also internationally, encouraging them to think and act on a broader scale.
Recognizing this need, in 2007, Ulugbek Khojiakhmedov — an expert in business management and development — together with his partners founded Compass Consulting, which quickly became one of the leading consulting firms in Uzbekistan.

Launching a project at SAG, a carpet manufacturer. The request was to develop a plan and strategy for further development.
As a result, Compass Consulting experts have made a significant contribution to the development of the company and its transition to a new stage. Currently, SAG is a leader in carpet production in the CIS and is one of the top 5 carpet manufacturers in the world.
