In 2015, Compass Consulting was approached by the head of SAG, a carpet manufacturer, with a request to develop a plan and strategy for further development. At this point, the owner, in addition to producing carpets, threads, paints and a medical center, acquired an elevator factory, which he planned to convert into textile production.
The company was a key carpet manufacturer in the CIS. The main merit in this is the personal qualities, decency and honesty of the head, his desire to invest and develop production, to work only with professionals. The company competed with Turkish manufacturers in the markets of Russia, China and Afghanistan.

The customer is a bright patriot of Uzbekistan, loves the country and its inhabitants, and is constantly interested in development. In addition to carpet production, the customer is also engaged in other projects, creating conditions for people to work. His ambitions are no longer focused on earnings, but on the scale of the project, while focusing on social missions prevailed.
Work process
For more effective marketing positioning, a new employee was hired in the marketing department with the help of Compass Consulting specialists.

In order to systematize sales, a strategy was developed and key sales channels were identified, including the dealer area. Trainings were conducted to increase sales. The training also covered export issues and relations with foreign customers.

Compass Consulting experts helped develop and implement the KPI system, which has been working successfully and has a good effect to this day. Thanks to it, employees know what they receive bonuses and salaries for, what they need to achieve and where to aim for.
