Due to the incompetence of some employees, Compass Consulting selected a new production staff: a planner and a production supervisor.
Accounting, warehousing and flow systems have been developed, and production lines have been rebuilt to optimize the process.
To develop marketing and sales solutions, Compass Consulting experts, together with the company's employees, studied key issues: who is the target audience, what benefits and values does Black Quail bring, and why choose the company's products. After analyzing the market and communicating with customers, a positioning strategy focused on customers, their views, values and benefits was developed. In accordance with the strategy, tactical decisions were made about pricing, communication, points of sale, etc.
As a result of several coaching sessions with the founder Pakhlavon Turdiev and the team, the values and philosophy on which the company's strategic decisions should be based were clearly defined.
The strategy was based on the structurality and optimization of production, as the lack of structure and system led to a lack of control over the consumption of resources and the failure to achieve the goals set for the business.
One of the most important questions for the company was whether the products would compete massively with their counterparts from China and Turkey. As a result, a development strategy was adopted through the design bureau — unique names are produced directly at Black Quail, and the rest of the production is outsourced.
This model (used by Nike) focuses on branding, design and quality assurance.
All subsequent proposed business solutions were based on this model and development strategy.
A training course for salespeople was developed and conducted to improve communication skills and awareness of customer values. At the same time, a pilot version of the motivation system was launched — a bonus system for production and sales department. After identifying the key indicators that could potentially lead the business to outstanding results, the process of putting the system into practice began.
